How to Initiate a Return:

2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the address for sending your item.
3. Securely package the item and include your return authorization details.
4. If you wish to return a product, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. Customers will not be charged for returning an item.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Restocking Fee:

• No restocking fee will be applied for returns.

Exchanges:
